Our great Barolo wines meet the unique flavour of white truffle

On Thursday 23 November, at 20, Luca Seveso, chef at Rinascente Maio restaurant, proposes a dinner devoted to white truffle. The Piedmont Fassona tartare with truffle and topinambur sauce and pumpkin passatelli and white truffle, among the dishes served, will be accompanied with Barolo del comune di Serralunga d’Alba 2013, Barolo Cerrati 2013 and Barolo Cerrati Vigna Cucco Riserva 2010.
