Winemaking
This wine is made from a blend of Barbera and international grape varieties grown in vineyards located in the municipality of Roddi. The harvested grapes are fermented at a temperature of 15-18°C.
Refinement
After fermentation, which lasts about ten days, the wine remains on the fine lees until bottling. Only steel tanks are used to preserve the freshness and authenticity of the aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics
With a delicate color that evokes the Belvedere variety of roses, on the palate it has the freshness of a white, with a marked acidity, and a finish that recalls wild strawberries, immediately evident on the nose.
Serving temperature
Serve at a temperature of 10-13°C.
Food pairings
aperitifs, raw fish, summer salads and white meats.

Store the bottle lying down in a cool, ventilated place, away from light and vibrations.
